What I Do

With my technology and data-led marketing background, I’m particularly well known for helping nonprofits around the world develop integrated digital fundraising, campaigning, and communications strategies. I also provide training in digital strategy development and specialist support for staff responsible for innovation and digital transformation across their organisation.

However, my work isn’t all digital-focused. It could be that you’re looking for a strategic review of how your marketing or fundraising is performing, or specialist support to help your team consider fresh approaches to a specific challenge you’re facing. From a couple of days to a long-term project, I can bring an unrivalled level of marketing and fundraising knowledge, actionable consumer insight, and fresh strategic thinking to help you achieve your objectives.

Whatever the project, you’ll always know exactly who you’ll be working with – it’ll be me (which my clients say is a good thing). Where required, I partner with other specialists in areas such as technology build, data analytics and primary research.

I’m also a visiting lecturer at the University of Bologna and at Cass Business School in London, teaching marketing theory, digital marketing, and fundraising.

I also teach masterclasses in-house for clients and at organisational skillshare events, as well as at conferences such as the Italian Festival of Fundraising; Digi.Raise in Australia; and the International Fundraising Congress in Holland.

My most frequently requested session/workshop is “Demystifying Digital Trends”, but I can also design a session or masterclass to best fit your specific requirements – just drop me a note using the contact page.
