The type of work I undertake is pretty diverse, from ‘fresh thinking’ workshops and other high-level strategic planning, through specialist digital planning, to fundraising product development, communications and fundraising programme evaluation, and traditional creative and campaign planning.
With a great many years experience both sides of the agency fence I can also help client teams work more effectively with their chosen agencies, and I also occasionally help agencies to provide better strategic services to their clients.
Whatever the project, my aim is to bring new ideas to the table in a way that balances creativity with well informed, robust thinking. Whenever possible I work very closely with client teams – involving them in the thinking process from the outset and thereby equipping them to take what we develop together, own it, and apply it once I’ve gone.
Also, whatever your project, you’ll always know who you’ll be working with – it will be me, from start to finish (which my clients say is a good thing).
